West Roxbury Education Complex

The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department (PFD), at 1010 Massachusetts Annex, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority is soliciting the services of a qualified Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for the above-entitled project.

As defined in Massachusetts General Laws M.G.L. Chapter 149, section 44A½(c) and as further defined by the provisions of this RFQ, to provide Owner’s Project Management Services (OPM).

The scope of the Project includes the design, addition and renovations to the West Roxbury Education Center, located at 1205 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA. The project may have multiple phases, an early demolition package may be procured under C. 149, once programming is complete.      

This procurement process is qualifications based and will consist of a two-phase selection process: Phase I–OPM qualifications review and shortlist of applicant firms; and Phase II–interviews of the short-listed applicant firms. The top-ranked applicant firm at the end of Phase II will be invited to enter into a contract for a negotiated fee to provide OPM services for the 

Qualification Statements must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to PFD, Bid Counter, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue Annex, Boston, MA. on November 1, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon).

Please submit One (1) hard copy, bound and Two (2) USB flash drives with pdf format and place all contents in a sealed package marked: West Roxbury Education Complex, Project No. 7296

RFQ packets will be available on or about October 16, 2023. RFQ packets are only available electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov.
