Project Location: 20 Chestnut Hill Avenue, Brighton, MA 02135.

Project Location: 20 Chestnut Hill Avenue, Brighton, MA 02135

The scope of work includes: Replacement of HVAC system, new roof and building repairs and is further detailed in the plans and specifications available electronically only on or about March 16, 2026 upon request submitted to bid.info@boston.gov. The estimated construction cost for this project is $2,901,178.

Filed Sub-bids and General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of the amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work noted below), and DCAMM Update Statement. *All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.

All bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 26 Court Street, 1st Floor, Boston, MA 02108 before 1:00 PM (one o'clock pm) on April 08, 2026 for filed sub-bids and before 1:00 PM (one o'clock pm) on April 23, 2026 for General bids at which time and place respective bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud in person and virtually. A performance bond and labor and materials payment bond satisfactory to the Awarding Authority in the sum of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. 

Online bids via the Trimble Unity Construct (formerly e-Builder) online bidding portal will also be accepted for this project.
