Project Goals
127 Amory is the next phase of the master redevelopment of the BHA's 125 Amory Street site. This phase includes 96 all-affordable apartments between 30% and 80% of AMI, with one-third of all units restricted at or below 30% of AMI. The project also includes the construction of a central green space to serve the building and others at the BHA site.
