Project Goals
2085 Washington Street is the third phase of Parcel 10 redevelopment in Nubian Square. The designated development team, a partnership between Madison Park Development Corporation and Trinity Financial, propose the new construction of approximately 6,000SF of retail along with approximately 14 floors of residential with roughly 134 residential units as well as above-grade and mezzanine level parking for residential users - approximately 52 spaces - and at-grade parking with approximately 26 spaces for retail users.
