The property is currently in the early stages of construction and The Community Builders (TCB) is excited to bring 202 new apartment homes to this vibrant Jamaica Plain neighborhood in late 2023. Marketing will not begin until next year so please mark your calendar and reach back out by phone to TCB's corporate office sometime in January 2023 at which time more information will be available. The project has Boston Housing Authority section 8 units as well as units for households with income less than 60% AMI ($71,300 for a 2-person household) and units for households with income less than 80% AMI ($95,040 for a 2-person household). The Community Builders is working on the marketing materials for the housing lottery and will start marketing those units later this year. Call 617-695-9595 to get on a list to be notified of the lottery. You can also sign up to Metrolist: a weekly digest of affordable units in the greater Boston area: www.boston.gov/metrolist The waitlist for the BHA section 8 units is open now, and you can apply through their website: boston.myhousing.com/
