Project Goals

The project will entail the demolition of the current Pine Street Inn (PSI) office building. It will be replaced by the new construction of a five-story, 144,000 square foot mixed-use building. The residential portion will include 140 supportive housing rental units to be serviced by the PSI, and 62 low-mod income rental units to be managed by The Community Builders. (TCB). There will be 15,000 square feet of ground floor office space for PSI and TCB, a community room, and 38 parking spaces.

This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.
