Project Goals

361 Centre Street (fka Blessed Sacrament) is an adaptive reuse project utilizing the Blessed Sacrament church at 361 Centre Street in the Hyde Square neighborhood of Jamaica Plain. Developers Pennrose LLC are participating with local non-profit and site owner Hyde Square Task Force (HSTF) to transform this former religious building into 55 units of housing. There will be a mix of units, including 50 affordable units that will be restricted at 30, 50 and 60% AMI with 6 homeless set-asides. In addition to the residential units, community space will be created at the basement level to function as a performance venue for HSTF, and common space at the top level to support shared resident amenities.
