DND has issued a Request for Proposals for this site. Follow the link here to download a copy or pick up a copy at 26 Court Street, 10th Floor, Bid Counter. Proposals are due promptly at 4:00pm on Monday, July 22, 2019 at the Bid Counter. This RFP seeks to develop this site for mixed-use (commercial and residential). The July 25, 2019 community meeting has been CANCELLED. The meeting has been re-scheduled for Wednesday, August 7, 2019. The Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) and Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) invite you to a re-scheduled community meeting regarding the parcels on 526-528 and 530 Dudley Street and an unnumbered parcel on Burrell Street. At the meeting, applicants will discuss their proposals in response to DND's Request for Proposals (RFP) for the site. We encourage you to attend this meeting and provide feedback.
