Project Goals
1 parcel totaling 3,117 sq ft and zoned for 3F-5000. Parcel is currently used by abutter as a driveway on the Jacob St side; it's not clear whether the property is being used behind that. This parcel abuts a city-owned property that could be developable along with the acquisition of its neighboring parcel, so it's worth holding on to for now.

City Planning
This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.
