Project Goals

Mildred Hailey Building 3 will be developed by Urban Edge Housing Corporation, a minority controlled nonprofit organization, that has a long history of developing affordable housing in the city of Boston. The proposed project includes demolition and abatement of one existing building to create a new 6-story, 100% affordable 60-unit building.
