Change of occupancy to single family. Convert an existing two-family dwelling to a single-family dwelling. Renovate the existing interior and expand the existing rear of the dwelling, as well as add a roof deck and roof hatch. The basement will be finished and included as part of the proposed living space. Revised proposal.
