99 Albano Street Abutters Meeting

Subdivide parcel 2000228000 (6,065 SF) into two new parcels. Portion of the parcel is proposed as 103 Birch Street, with a lot area of 3,292sf. The remainder of the parcel is the subject of this dwg set, to remain as 99 Albano with the existing two-family dwelling on a lot area of 2,773sf.
