Proposed Work: Replace the existing storefront infill, signage, and façade cladding; and install new lighting and signage.

Proposed Work: Move the historic single-family residence forward on the lot, reconstruct the front porch and porte cochère, modify the detached garage, and construct a five-story rear yard addition with a lower level parking garage, rooftop mechanical equipment and an elevator bulkhead; replace windows and garage doors; restore the façades and tile roofs; install a transformer and ramp in the front yard; remove a portion of the historic stone wall, relocate the curb cut, and install a new double width driveway on the east side of the lot; install shrubs in the front and rear yards; install an iron fence along the perimeter of the property; replace the concrete entry walkway, sidewalk and granite curb in-kind; and relocate a street light.
