Community reading event with Mimi Jones

Join us on the First Church in Roxbury's historic campus for the final installment of our community reading series, "We Who Believe in Freedom."

We are pleased to welcome long-time Roxbury resident, community organizer, and civil rights veteran Mimi Jones. She will facilitate a community reading series of works by influential women and people of color.

The event is free, dinner will be served, and all are welcome. Come early for a tour of our historic Meetinghouse — the oldest standing clapboard church in Boston!
