Dorchester: 5 Savin Hill Lane Abutters Meeting

This is the second abutters meeting for this proposal. The owner seeks to raze the existing single-family home and erect a new three-story, four-unit residential building with off-street parking. Revisions include removal of the drive aisle, increased side yard setbacks, reduced building height, a revised roofline, and a reduced overall FAR.
