East Boston: 22 Breed Street (also known as 21 Ford St.) and 17 Ford St.

 Proposal to change occupancy of a mixed-use residential dwelling to a lodging house. Combine the 22 Breed St. lot with 17 Ford St. into one lot. Convert the existing three-family & store into a six-unit lodging house with 25 bedrooms, including six at-grade accessory open-air parking spaces in the rear, as per plans.
