East Boston: 248–250 Everett Street Abutters Meeting

Proposal to change occupancy from a single-family to a four-unit multifamily. Work includes adding a fourth floor and deck or terrace, providing parking for one vehicle in the rear yard, installing a groundwater recharge system and completing a full gut renovation of the structure.
