Fenway: 857 Beacon Street Abutters Meeting

Proposing a mechanical penthouse for elevator maintenance. This amendment increases the overall height of the doghouse in the proposed plans for permit ALT1731150 by 3 feet and 6 inches, adds an access door, adds access stairs from the roof and adds a maintenance platform around the elevator equipment.
