Jamaica Plain: 3710 Washington Street Abutters Meeting

Seeking to add a 24 seat private patio to the existing restaurant. The plot plans were stamped with 16 seats before their interior reconfiguration. They will have 60 seats total, three interior egresses, and two bathrooms as shown on the floor and site plan. Patio also has an egress and no construction will be needed.
