Schools shift to all remote learning

Due to a rising COVID-19 infection rate in the City, all Boston Public Schools students will shift to remote learning effective Thursday, October 22.
City department hours

City Hall is open to the public on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. If you need to visit a department, you must make an appointment.

Kurtis Rivers and Alain Pacowski Quartet

Greater Ashmont Main Street and Mandorla Music Series are very pleased to co-present Kurtis Rivers, guitarist Alain Pacowski, and their quartet.

The two have played together for decades, first meeting at Wally's in the South End. They'll be joined for this show by bassist Paul Dilley and drummer Miki Matsuki, the dynamite rhythm team that propelled their VFW residency.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and the ticket includes dessert, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
