Roxbury: 137 School Street Abutters Meeting

Proposal to confirm occupancy as a two-family and renovate the existing two-family with extension of living space in to the basement and attic, as well as a new deck on the back, installation of new kitchens and baths, and update current mechanical systems. Proposed additions are to the exterior of the building beyond the deck.
