Roxbury: 99 and 99R Hutchings St Abutters Meeting 4/22/2025

(99) One of two buildings on the same lot in conjunction with ALT1684352 (99R) Confirm occupancy as Carriage House/Garage and change occupancy to single-family. Convert an existing double-story detached accessory carriage house into a single-family dwelling.  The carriage house is on the same lot as and is at the rear of an existing three-family building (which is already being converted from a two-family per the issued long form permit ALT1555715).
