Change of occupancy to Brewery/Distillery/Winery, Bar and Restaurant with Live Entertainment and take-out, Local retail and outdoor patio. The proposed project entails a renovation of existing structures and the combination of buildings & lots of 202 & 204 West First Street and 304 C Street. The combination will create three stories of Bar/Restaurant with live entertainment and takeout, brewery/distillery/winery, local retail and outdoor patio space for standing & seating.
