Proposal requiring a second abutters meeting due to an amendment to the refusal letter. Work includes changing occupancy from three to two units, front and rear façade renovations, interior alterations and new systems, basement living space for Unit One, legalization of a roof deck for Unit Two, installation of one roof condenser and construction of two cantilevered rear decks, all per filed plans.
