The Disability and Accessibility ERG

The Disability and Accessibility ERG uplifts and convenes Boston's disability community. We are a network of public service employees that partner with the City of Boston to raise awareness about disability accessibility and inclusion, as well as celebrate the diversity and contributions made by Boston’s disability community. 

City of Boston employees with disabilities, as well as  parents of children with disabilities, and caregivers to people with disabilities or who are aging are welcome to join. We also encourage all who want to advance the movement toward disability rights and justice to join.
