MOLA Partner Network

A network of LGBTQIA2S+ organizations, institutions, and businesses committed to building a more inclusive Boston—together.

About

Overview

The Mayor’s Office of LGBTQIA2S+ Advancement Partner Network is a collaborative of LGBTQIA2S+-serving organizations, city departments, businesses, and institutions working collectively to support and uplift LGBTQIA2S+ communities across Boston.

This network meets monthly in virtual spaces to connect, share resources, and participate in themed trainings or workshops led by City departments, community leaders, foundations, and more. We also gather in-person once per quarter to network, build relationships, and enjoy some delicious food together.

Members of the MOLA Partner Network receive regular updates through our internal newsletter—featuring announcements, funding and collaboration opportunities, city initiatives, and priority invitations to community events.

Network Goals
  • Create a consistent space to discuss issues, opportunities, and trends impacting Boston’s LGBTQIA2S+ residents
  • Build a stronger support ecosystem by fostering cross-sector connections and reducing silos
  • Celebrate and uplift the work of LGBTQIA2S+-affirming organizations and leaders
  • Serve as a bridge between the LGBTQIA2S+ community and the City of Boston resources
  • Leverage shared expertise to promote inclusion, safety, and belonging for all
