Mayor's Office Hours
Join Mayor Michelle Wu for a family-friendly citywide, one-stop opportunity for Boston residents to connect directly with the Mayor, city services, and department staff to get questions answered in real time.
During Mayor's Office Hours, residents will be able to register to vote, print certified copies of birth, marriage and death certificates, apply for handicap parking, pay for parking tickets, and submit a permit for park usage (sports or special events), and more.
Mayor Wu's Office Hours
Office Hours with the Mayor are created to bring City Hall out of City Hall and into neighborhoods. This event is an opportunity to connect directly with residents, hear what’s working and what’s not, and unstick any city service issues in real time.
Instead of traveling downtown, constituents can meet with city staff in their own community to get assistance, ask questions, and connect with resources.
