Fitness class descriptions
Bootcamp classes target your cardiovascular system and muscles by using exercises like jumping jacks, push-ups, and lunges. The instructor uses outdoor elements to conduct the exercises. They will also encourage you to push through the workout.Cardio Dance
This fun, high-energy dance class incorporates Dancehall moves with cardio exercises. This class will have you sweating from start to finish.Carnival Fit
This Carnival-based Afro-Caribbean group dance class targets the whole body. You’ll get a workout through the art of dance and the love of Dancehall and Soca.
