This kick-off meeting marks the second phase of the Future-Decker Design Competition. BSA and MOH are excited to share project updates following last year’s Request for Ideas (RFI). The Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) will host pre-applicant information sessions following the release of the Parker and Terrace Street Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP will offer 11 vacant City-owned parcels located in the Mission Hill district of the City of Boston.

Interested Applicants will be provided with an overview of the application and development process. Pre-registration is required to participate. All events related to the RFP will be held virtually and open to the public.

Testing, testing, testing

The Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) will host two pre-applicant information sessions following the release of the RFP. Interested applicants will be provided with the following:

-An overview of the application and development process;
-information on business planning support and favorable loans to strengthen and enhance business sustainability;
-basics of financing and financing options;
-opportunities for technical support and assistance and
-networking and team-building opportunities.

30-36 Mildred Avenue Applicant Conference. Staff from MOH will answer any questions you may have about this Request For Proposals. This meeting is optional. If you are unable to attend the Conference, formal questions may be submitted by mail or e-mail.

The Mayor's Office of Housing (MOH) will host a public meeting to introduce the two selected development teams for eight (8) of the ten (10) B1 parcels under MOH's Blue Hill Avenue Action Plan. The awarded developers will present their proposed projects to the community. Community members are encouraged to provide design feedback at the meeting and throughout the open comment period.
