PH 1. On a joint petition by the City of Boston Parks & Recreation Department and the City of Boston Public Works Department for the Widening & Relocation of the existing right-of-way lines of Park Street (public way), Dorchester, as well as for the acceptance of a Highway Easement, located on its northerly side generally west of Norwell Street.
