Inspired by the exhibitions Say It Loud: AAMARP, 1977 to Now and To My Best Friend, we want this event to highlight the ways our communities shine even when there is darkness.  

Dress to feel radiant. No masks, no weapons, and no large props. First 50 people to arrive get a surprise.

Join us at Boston City Hall for the reception of After Nature, a solo exhibition by Nicole Duennebier that explores spaces where nature reveals itself as both seductive and unsettling.

Please use the entrance located on Congress St, across from Faneuil Hall. Pass security and take the elevators to the 8th floor. The Emerging Gallery will be to your left, in the hallway by room 817.

Our arts and crafts workshops are led by local artists. They're held Tuesday through Friday in July and August and run from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. These drop-in workshops encourage kids to explore their creativity through projects like mask making, crayon art, watercolor and much more. Supplies are provided, but you'll need to bring your creativity! 

This series is completely free and open to Boston residents. These workshops will take place in various parks throughout the City of Boston.
