If you’ve received a job offer through SuccessLink for Summer 2025 with a City agency, you can complete your onboarding at an upcoming Mobile Onboarding Event!

To make the process easier, SuccessLink has partnered with multiple BCYF centers to host drop-in events across the city. These events are open to youth ages 14–18 who have already been offered a SuccessLink City Agency job and are in the process of completing their onboarding. 

Be sure to bring all required documents, which can be found here, so you can complete your onboarding quickly and easily.

Onboarding can also always be completed at the Office of Youth Employment & Opportunity at 1483 Tremont Street, Boston MA, 02120 from 12:30 pm - 5:30pm. As a reminder, youth extended a job offer with a SuccessLink City Agency are strongly encouraged to complete their onboarding tasks within six days.

During this virtual meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to review proposed design alternatives for Columbia Road, share your feedback with City staff and project team members, and learn how community input has shaped the designs so far.
