Parks Fitness: Chair Yoga with Michelle
Participate in a free fitness class offered by one of our certified instructors. Our classes are sponsored by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and the Boston Public Health Commission.
This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Designed for all levels, this class will provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles.
