These classes are designed to increase your strength and agility using conditioning drills, intervals. Improvements in your health and strength are best achieved with a strong weekly commitment.

This class will develop your muscular strength, increase your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and improve your agility through performance exercises that will keep you at your optimal fitness level. This is achieved through the combination of strength training, aerobic conditioning, and agility exercises. You will experience overall improvements with your physical performance with your daily activities, balance and flexibility, sleeping habits, in addition to helping you maintain a healthy weight

Residents of Belnel Family Neighborhood Associations will be participating in a neighborhood-wide cleanup including areas in our neighborhood close to the Neponset River. This will be our neighborhood 6th year completing a neighborhood-wide cleanup which we host in April and September, yearly.
