Kick off a safe and healthy school year by joining this FAMILY FUN DAY! This event an opportunity for families with children to get their COVID-19 vaccine or booster for the school year. Join us with free food, music, face painting, games, and more!

$75 Visa Gift cards and backpacks with school supplies will be available to anyone who gets vaccinated while supplies last! Please note that registering or making an appointment does not guarantee an incentive if supplies run out.

Anyone under the age of 18 will need to have consent from a guardian. The guardian can be present with the youth OR you can bring a printed signed document. You can find consent forms in multiple languages online
