Please join us for the second community engagement meeting for the Franklin Park Bear Dens where we will present the recommendations for safety improvements to the site followed by a community discussion.

A virtual public meeting to share construction updates for the Cummins Highway Reconstruction Project.
In this virtual public meeting, the Boston Streets Cabinet will share information about the reconstruction of Cummins Highway. Beginning in Spring 2024, we will rebuild Cummins Highway for future generations, from upgrading the sidewalks, modernizing the traffic signals, repaving the street, to redesigning a street that will be safer for everyone. This will be the first major investment in the street since 1955.
Through the Welcome Home, Boston program, the City of Boston has allotted $58 million in American Rescue Plan (ARPA) funding to fast-track the production of new affordable homes.
With the Welcome Home, Boston Phase 2 Request for Proposals (RFP), the City of Boston has offered 26 parcels of land in Dorchester and Mattapan for residential use.
The Mayor’s Office of Housing invites you to join two virtual meetings related to this RFP. At these meetings, each RFP respondent will present their development plan and design concepts to the community, and answer questions about their proposal.
