On March 28, 2025, Governor Healy approved an extension to remote and hybrid meeting options for public bodies established under Former Governor Baker's Executive Order of March 12, 2020, Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law through June 30, 2027. The Public Facilities Commission (PFC) will continue to conduct its meetings virtually and to ensure its public access to its deliberations through adequate, alternative means.

The Lower Roxbury Slow Streets project began in 2019.  Through the planning process, the City worked with community members to prioritize these intersections for safety investments.  This year, we're building these safety improvements!
