Roxbury Coffee Hour with the Mayor
Join Mayor Michelle Wu and City Staff for coffee and conversation!
Mayor Wu’s Neighborhood Coffee Hours offer a unique opportunity to speak directly with the Mayor and staff from City departments about City services and resident concerns. Through personal conversations, and a suggestion box at each site, Mayor Wu looks forward to hearing how the City of Boston can improve parks, public areas, and City services.
A neighborhood staple known for bringing the community together over a cup of coffee, Dunkin’ is back to fuel the conversation with iced coffee and donuts. Dunkin’ will also provide lawn game activities for attendees, gift card giveaways, and the opportunity for residents to win a raffle prize. Free flowering plants will be provided by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, while supplies last. Fresh fruit will be provided by Star Market.
Coffee hours are held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise noted due to inclement weather.

Climate Action Plan: Public Workshop
The City of Boston has a goal to achieve 50% emissions reductions by 2030 to stay on track for carbon neutrality in 2050.
Join us for an interactive community workshop to kick off the update of Boston’s Climate Action Plan (CAP). This session is open to everyone and designed to spark conversation, gather input, and center your voice in Boston’s climate future.
Come share your experiences, ideas, and priorities as we plan for a healthier, safer, and more climate-ready Boston!
What To Expect
You’ll participate in hands-on activities like:
• Small group discussions with facilitators
• Real-time interactive polls
• Paper and online surveys
• Informational boards and poster displays
• Post-it note stations to share ideas
• Open Q&A with the project team
We want to hear from you:
• How does climate change show up in your daily life and in your neighborhood?
• What would a climate-resilient Boston look and feel like to you?
• Which issues matter most to your community? Are there areas you think we’re overlooking?
• Do the City’s current climate justice principles reflect your community’s needs? Where do they hit home—and where can they grow stronger?
