Demolition Delay application: 14 New England Avenue, Dorchester

The application is to demolish a commercial structure at 14 New England Avenue in Dorchester.

Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC) received a complete application from Gail Latimore with Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation to demolish the commercial structure located at 14 New England Avenue in Dorchester, MA 02124.

We will post each Demo Delay application to provide the public with information about proposed demolitions as early as possible in the Article 85 process. BLC staff has 10 days from receiving an application to make a determination about historical, architectural, cultural or urban design significance.
