Demolition Delay application: 154-6 Kneeland Street, Leather District

The application is to demolish a one- and two-story commercial building at 154-156 Kneeland Street in the Leather District.

Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC) received a complete application from Noam Ron with Hidson 150K Real Estate Trust to demolish the commercial structure located at 154-6 Kneeland, MA 02122.

We will post each Demo Delay application to provide the public with information about proposed demolitions as early as possible in the Article 85 process. BLC staff has ten days from receiving an application to make a determination about historical, architectural, cultural or urban design significance.
