Demolition Delay application: 60, 67-75, 70-80 Kilmarnock; 59-75 Queensbury, Fenway-Kenmore

Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC) received a complete application from Jay Doherty to demolish two commercial buildings and two garages 60, 67-75, and 70-80 Kilmarnock Street and 59-75 Queensbury Street in the Fenway-Kenmore neighorhood of Boston, MA 02215.

We will post each Demo Delay application to provide the public with information about proposed demolitions as early as possible in the Article 85 process. BLC staff has ten days from receiving an application to make a determination about historical, architectural, cultural or urban design significance.
