Demolition Delay application: 69 Readville Street, Hyde Park

Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC) received a complete application from Terry O'Reilly to demolish the residential structure located at 69 Readville Street in Hyde Park, MA 02136.

We will post each Demo Delay application to provide the public with information about proposed demolitions as early as possible in the Article 85 process. BLC staff has ten days from receiving an application to make a determination about historical, architectural, cultural or urban design significance.
