22.0982 BSR 477 Commonwealth Avenue: At existing rooftop addition: remove existing elevator penthouse and exposed supporting steel structural beams attached to the shared party wall; raise roof; replace doo; install standing-seam copper cladding; and install a chiller with a mechanical screen on three sides.
