File a Language And Communications Access Complaint

The LCA Office provides information to the public in the most commonly used languages. We advise them of the right to file a complaint if they feel that they have been the subject of discrimination. The information we provide describes how and where to file a complaint.

Keep in Mind

Department Language and Communications Access (LCA) liaisons work in tandem with our office to address complaints. We do not retaliate or take other adverse action because an individual has filed a complaint alleging discrimination based on Languages Other Than English (LOTE) status or needs.
