Mayor's Youth Summit
The Mayor’s Youth Summit is a citywide celebration that aims to engage and inspire Boston’s young people. It is held annually on the second Saturday of February Break.
The Mayor’s Youth Summit is an annual event designed to celebrate the contributions of young people to Boston's culture and build connections between Boston youth. This flagship event creates an exciting space for youth to showcase their talents, connect with City leaders, and have fun with their peers.
The 2026 Mayor's Youth Summit will take place on Saturday, February 21, at the Artists for Humanity EpiCenter from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. This event will feature free food, giveaways, youth performances, guest speakers, interactive installments, raffle prizes, and more. Reserve your free ticket now.
The Mayor's Youth Summit was first hosted in 1994 under the Menino administration, and was held annually for 10 years. In 2024, the Office of Youth Engagement and Advancement brought the event back, marking the 20th anniversary since it was last held and 30 years since its inception.

2026 Youth Organization Award
This award will be given at the Mayor's Youth Summit to an organization that demonstrates exceptional dedication to empowering and supporting Boston's youth.
2026 Youth LEADER Award
This award will be given at the Mayor's Youth Summit to an outstanding young person that demonstrates high levels of leadership among their peers and/or a commitment to civic engagement.
