The subdivision of parcel ID 1703750000 for the ground up construction of Four (4) townhomes. Existing condition is a two-unit and 18 room lodging house. Subdivision will consist of Lot A 5,652 SQF for the four town homes and Lot B 7,301 SQF for the existing building.
