36-638 Bennington Street Abutters Meeting

A new restaurant d/b/a El Parche. Restaurant is applying with the Licencing Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals. Zoning Board of Appeals Application: Change of occupancy from beauty salon to restaurant, expansion of bathroom to make it handicap accessible, additional framing as per plans provided and complete painting/accessories.

Licencing Board Application: Plans will have 20 seats with operating hours of 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 a.m.. Applicant plans to apply for the following with the Licensing Board: Beer, wine & Cordials license, Common Victualler license & Live entertainment.
