Fenway: 38 Fenway Abutters Meeting

Change occupancy to a five unit residential building. Scope includes addition of three stories above existing building and rear addition of six stories to create a seven-story building. Also included is to completely renovate and reconfigure interiors, install a new elevator, add new rear and front facing decks with a private roof deck.
