IAQ MONITORING/SENSOR MAINTENANCE & CALIBRATION

Boston Public Schools, acting through its office of Facilities Management, Planning & Engineering Department at 1216 Dorchester Ave. Dorchester, MA 02125 is soliciting proposals from a qualified industrial hygiene analysis and monitoring solutions firm to provide maintenance and calibration services for Boston Public School’s wireless Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Monitoring/Sensor Maintenance & Calibration Program. The term of the contract is 3 years, from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028.

 

Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) containing requirements, selection criteria, and other relevant information will be available from the City’s purchasing website (boston.gov/procurement, click on “Go to Supplier Portal”) under Event ID EV00015426 from February 10, 2025, until the proposed deadline. 

All proposals must be submitted via the supplier’s portal by 12:00 PM on March 10, 2025. Please submit your questions via email to bidderinfo@bostonpublicschools.org.
