Accompanying ERT1657888, permit to construct a two-family dwelling at the rear of the property. By creating two buildings on the same lot the zoning violation will apply to this existing three-family building as well as the proposed new two-family. Demolish existing garage at rear property and construct two adjacent 1.5 story dwelling units.
