Jamaica Plain: 14 Meehan St Abutters Meeting 3/25/2025

Change occupancy to a three-family. Renovation of existing first and second floor to create two new apartments. Existing third floor to remain. Gas, water and electric to be separated with new meters. Existing NFPA 13 sprinkler system and alarm to be modified for new sprinkler heads if needed.
